Silicon Servers Knowledgebase

  • Remote Server Reboot

    To remotely reboot your server, logon to the Silicon Servers colocation control panel and click on the server power control tab. Here you can select the option to either power on, power off, or reboot your server. If you have multiple power outlets assigned to your account, you will be able to control all of your power outlets from here as well.
  • IPMI / KVM Access

    To control your server via IPMI / KVM access, logon to the Silicon Servers colocation control panel and click on the IPMI / KVM tab. Here you can access the IPMI / KVM web interface for your server. If you have multiple servers assigned to your account, you will be able to view the web interfaces for all of your servers from here as well.
  • Monitor Bandwidth Usage

    To monitor the bandwidth usage of your server, logon to the Silicon Servers colocation control panel and click on the Bandwidth Usage tab. Here you can access the MRTG graph for your server bandwifth usage. This will show your total bandwidth consumption for the current month for all servers and devices associated with your account.
  • Billing

    To view your current and past invoices, logon to the Silicon Servers colocation control panel and click on the Billing tab. From here you can view your current and past bills.
